Having spent his career developing high-end resorts and logistical solutions across the archipelago, he recognized the critical gap in the market for a truly integrated UHNW travel service. Captain Budi Hartono
Head of Aviation Operations
Credentials: 15,000+ flight hours, Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) from the Indonesian DGCA, Type-rated on Gulfstream G550/G650 and Falcon 7X, former Senior Captain at Garuda Indonesia (First Class International Fleet).
Bio: Captain Budi is the guardian of our safety and operational standards. With a distinguished career at Indonesia’s flag carrier airline, he brings a culture of uncompromising safety and precision to our private charter operations. He personally oversees the vetting of every partner operator, aircraft, and crew member, ensuring they meet and exceed both Indonesian regulations and our own stringent internal criteria. Credentials: Certified Travel Associate (CTA), 15 years experience as Head Concierge at Four Seasons and Aman resorts in Indonesia, fluent in English, Indonesian, and Japanese.
Bio: Dewi is the architect of our clients’ bespoke itineraries. Her career in ultra-luxury hospitality has given her an intuitive understanding of the needs and expectations of the world’s most discerning travelers. Lead Expedition Guide & Sustainability Advisor
Credentials: PhD in Marine Biology from the University of Indonesia, certified Divemaster (PADI), certified guide by the Himpunan Pramuwisata Indonesia (HPI), consultant for WWF Indonesia.

Logistics & Ground Services Manager
Credentials: IATA Ground Operations Management Certification, 10 years experience with a leading Indonesian FBO (Fixed-Base Operator) at Halim Perdanakusuma Airport (HLP).
Bio: Sari is the master of our ground game. She orchestrates the complex ballet of flight permits, customs and immigration (CIQ) clearance, VIP ground handling, and luxury vehicle fleets. Her strong relationships with airport authorities, AirNav Indonesia, and ground service providers across the country ensure that our clients’ transitions from air to ground are swift, discreet, and seamless.
